Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduated or Masters in any subject from a reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily In-house program.
∎ Facilitate class session for client.
∎ Prepare regular TC activity routine.
∎ Group and personal problem analysis personal discipline.
∎ Ensure client discipline through Group evaluation.
∎ Withdrawal Management, orientation and motivation of the clients.
∎ Identify problems of the clients and initiative to solve them.
∎ Ensure security of the center and client as well.
∎ Manage case and provide report to Counselor and Case Manager.
∎ Day to day fill up of register.
∎ Ensure one or two night duty in a week.
∎ Documenting patients' progress in Daily reports.
∎ Communicate with client’s family when needed.
∎ To certain daily client’s food recreation and any sorts of shopping when needs.
∎ Regular organize and conduct the in-house cultural program, Games and day observance program.
∎ Monitoring and preparing any kinds of recovery gathering.
∎ Maintain the all Ethics of the center.
∎ Assistance to supervisor.
∎ Any other responsibility as designated from time to time by Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum one year experience in relevant field. Work experience in NGO, Drug treatment center, emergency service, Health will given preference.
Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
