• Bachelor of Law (LLB)
• Master of Law (LLM)
• Doctoral

Academic Qualifications:

• PhD degree or an equivalent, in the relevant discipline from a well reputed university, with at least 2 (two) 1st Class/Division/Grade A of which one 1st Class/Division/Grade A will have to be in Bachelor’s or Master`s degree.

• MPhil degree or an equivalent, in the relevant discipline from a well reputed university, with at least 2 (two) 1st Class/Division/Grade A of which one 1st Class/Division/ Grade A will have to be in Bachelor’s or Master`s degree.

• Bachelor’s (honors) degree of 4 (four) years and Master’s degree/3 (three) years Honors and Master’s degree in the relevant discipline from a well reputed university, with at least 3 (three) 1st Division/Class/Grade A.

Note: Third Class/Division/C grade at any stage of educational level and pass course will not be accepted.

Experience Requirements:

• For (1), minimum 12 years of teaching experience at the university or equivalent level of which at least 5 years has to be as Associate Professor. The candidates must have at least 15 articles published in recognized journals of which 7 have to be published as Associate Professor.

• For (2), minimum 18 years of teaching experience at the university level of which at least 6 years as Associate Professor. The candidates must have at least 15 articles published in recognized journals of which 7 have to be published as Associate Professor.

• For (3), minimum 20 years of teaching experience at the university level of which at least 7 years as Associate Professor. The candidates must have at least 15 articles published in recognized journals of which 7 have to be published as Assistant Professor.
