Job Context:
∎ The Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MNS) seeks applications for the position of Professor with significant expertise in Biotechnology. Candidates may come from all fields of life sciences including biological engineering, neuroscience and cross-disciplinary fields related to life sciences.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of active full-time teaching (or equivalent) experience at Associate Professor level
∎ Excellent research portfolio, Minimum 7 published peer-reviewed papers in high-quality international publications at Associate Professor level, of which 3 publications should be of Level A standard.
∎ Outstanding knowledge in cross-disciplinary fields related to biotechnology and strong knowledge of the biological sciences.
∎ Excellent laboratory skills will be an added bonus.
∎ Ability to collaborate with colleagues in physics, computer science and mathematics is highly appreciated.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
∎ Impeccable ethical standards.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills
