Responsibilities & Context:
1. Conduct lectures, tutorials, clinical, integrated teaching , problem-based-learning, generic topics and seminars for undergraduate and graduate students.
2. Develop and deliver course content that aligns with departmental goals and objectives.
3. Mentor and advice students on academic and career-related matters.
4. Conduct research in the field and publish research papers.
5. Seek funding for research projects from external sources.
6. Serve on departmental committees and contribute to decision-making processes.
7. Participate in outreach activities to promote the department and college to external stakeholders.
8. Attend and present at academic and clinical workshops.
9. Review and evaluate academic publications for journals and conferences.
10. Serve as a reviewer for grant proposals and research funding applications.
11. Participate in departmental, college, and hospital events and activities.
12. Collaborate with colleagues on research and teaching projects.
13. Provide clinical services to patients in the hospital.
14. Ensure precise and current medical record maintenance for patients.
15. Lead ward classes and bedside teaching for students.
16. Provide guidance and support to junior faculty members.
17. Conduct performance evaluations for students and colleagues.
18. Develop and revise curriculum and course materials.
19. Participate in accreditation processes for the department and college.
20. Conduct academic and administrative tasks related to the department and college.
21. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the department and college.
22. Stay up-to-date with developments in the field and incorporate them into teaching and research.
23. Execute any additional duties assigned by respected authority.
