• Age 18 to 35 years

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in videography and editing.
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
• Must be willing to travel for shoots (indoor/outdoor, local/outstation).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must maintain a professional attitude and positive communication with clients and colleagues.

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and corporate use.

• Operate cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts and storyboards.

• Edit raw footage into polished final products using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and background music to enhance video quality.

• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Manage video archives, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Stay up to date with video trends, editing styles, and new technologies.

• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality videos under tight schedules.

• Capture behind-the-scenes, event coverage, and promotional content when required.
