Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate ideas for stories and content, or take briefs from news editors/producers.
∎ Research stories using personal contacts, the internet, and other authentic sources.
∎ Determine a story’s focus, format, length, and organize materials accordingly.
∎ Conduct and record interviews in-person, over the phone, or through studio links.
∎ Produce and present reports across all platforms of TBN24.
∎ Attend and report on events that are of public interest.
∎ Interview eyewitnesses, authorities, and key individuals relevant to news stories.
∎ Travel to field locations and ensure safe and proper use of recording equipment.
∎ Collaborate closely with cameramen and other production team members.
∎ Represent TBN24 at conferences, press briefings, and other media events.
∎ Handle special projects and perform additional duties as assigned by the authority.
