KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulating, designing and implementing marketing strategies for brand performance
- Managing the market demand with innovative ideas, information and strategies in a timely manner
- Designing & launching newer molecules to increase market share
- Regular market visits to understand ever-changing market dynamics and to assess outcomes of marketing strategies
- Training and coaching the sales forces for efficient implementation of marketing strategies
