Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design Development: Create and refine user-friendly and visually appealing product designs for web and mobile platforms.
∎ User-Centric Approach: Conduct user research, interviews, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
∎ Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
∎ Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers to ensure cohesive design execution.
∎ Brand Alignment: Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
∎ Iteration & Testing: Use A/B testing, user feedback, and data analytics to iterate on designs for improved performance and usability.
∎ Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure all product designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
∎ Required Skills & Qualifications:
∎ 2-3 years of experience in UX Design/Product Design, ideally in ecommerce
∎ Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
∎ Experience in end-to-end design processes, from concept to implementation.
∎ Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design strategies.
∎ Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
∎ Ability to communicate and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
