• Age At least 24 years

• 1-2 years in customer service-oriented operation in retail and telecommunication industries or any other relationship-administrative operation oriented organization.

• Coordinate the daily flow of samples between producers and the Design team.

• Ensure smooth operation of the Queue Management System by maintaining SOPs and service protocols.

• Return samples to producers accurately and within the established process.

• Provide front-line support to producers by addressing service-related queries and concerns.

• Guide producers regarding service procedures, documentation, and departmental requirements.

• Monitor service flow and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Maintain producer helpdesk records and ensure timely follow-up on requests.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient producer service delivery.

• Support producer communication, awareness sessions, forums, and departmental events organized by SCPD.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation.

• Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
