Ability to manage diverse stakeholders including faculty, staff, students, parents and industry partners.
Responsibilities & Context: A principal of Nursing College is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the College, overseeing academic programs, faculty, staff, students and facilities, ensuring high-quality Nursing education delivery, maintaining industry partnerships and promotion the College's reputation within the community. Now we are looking for a Principal for a Reputeted Nursing College, College.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provide overall oversight, leadership, and communication for the department’s academic programs by developing, implementing, and monitoring the strategic plan and goals for academic program growth.
- General Administration of Nursing College and overall supervision of teaching program.
- Operating academic activities according to the rules and regulations of council and college.
- Ensuring proper implementation and execution of nursing council’s curriculum, syllabus, ordinance, rules, and regulations while running both the academic and administrative activities.
- Ensure proper guidance and counseling of students.
- Implementing the institutional Organogram in each and every level of the institution.
- Running and operating the college according to the organization’s Service Rules.
- Conducting Gap analysis of the teaching staffs and arranging training sessions according to the analysis, to enhance their performances.
- Initiating Annual Confidential Report (ACR)/Annual Performance Report (APR) of all teaching faculties of the college.
- Reporting to the Head Office time to time.
- Developing academic calendar, action plans, semester plans, and class routines.
- Preparation of development proposal for Nursing College.
- Supervise to ensuring 100% clinical practice through extensive networking and communication.
- Performing public relation duties and assist management Forming international linkages and developing network globally.
- Any other duty assigned time to time by the Management.
