Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ A second class Kamil degree from a recognized madrasah with adequate knowledge of Bengali and English Languages or an equivalent degree from a recognized university or a recognized Madrasah.
∎ Candidates must have NTRCA Certificate.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the overall academic and administrative functions in the institution.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers and admin staff as per requirement.
∎ Guide and train the new teachers and employees to get accustomed to the system of the Institute.
∎ Responsible for disciplining the students and administration.
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, teaching materials according to the Institutional standard.
∎ Ensure teachers take classes properly and timely according to the Institutional syllabus·
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions·
∎ Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required.
∎ Organize annual programs.
∎ Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the Institutional standard.
∎ Responsible for overall safety and security of the students and staffs.
