∎ Masters degree from public universities with minimum 2nd Class in any discipline.
∎ M. Ed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Administration, Computer skill, Curriculum/ Program Development, Education Administration/ Management, teaching, TOT (Training of Teachers);
∎ Ex-Principal of any Cadet College / Cantonment Public School & College or any recognized School and College;
∎ Candidate should be computer literate with excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Candidate needs to be hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative;
∎ Minimum 05 years administrative experience as Principal plus 15 years teaching experience at any recognized school or college;
∎ Other Requirements:
∎ Selected Principal must stay at the company-provided family accommodation at the KAFCO Housing Colony.
