∎ MBBS from any reputed Medical College;
∎ Must have BMDC Registration;
∎ Having professional degrees like CCD, DMU, MPH and special training or any such diploma or degrees on occupational medicine or trauma and emergency medicine shall be treated as special qualifications;

∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Karnaphuli Fertilizer Company Limited (KAFCO) is a multinational joint venture leading Urea fertilizer manufacturing company in Bangladesh. KAFCO is inviting applications from eligible candidates against the above position at Chattogram.
∎ Job location KAFCO Plant site Anowara, CTG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong communication and thorough decision-making skill on patient care and judgments in relation to arrange and administer primary care with appropriate treatments as needed;
∎ Ability to focus on promoting awareness on health and hygiene through counselling, undertaking annual health screening program and other effective means aiming for the prevention of disease and improved health conditions;
∎ Strong commitment and leadership skill to coordinate activities and decision making through medical policies and organizational procedures;
∎ Capability to analyze and provide appropriate resolution for regular medical/clinical issues, handle emergency situations and medico legal concerns;
∎ Ability to maintain medical and health records and respond to correspondence, write necessary reports and as assigned by the management;
∎ Candidates having strong networking with renowned hospitals in Chattogram and Dhaka will be preferred;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 54 years
∎ Retired Army Officers with equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply;
∎ Minimum working experience of 20 years'; out of which 5 years' as senior position with especially exposure to occupational health and diseases in fertilizer/chemical plants will have added advantage;
