∎ Job Location: SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Chattogram (Primary School)
∎ Nature of Job: Full Time and Regular

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform administrative responsibilities of the Institution.
∎ Uphold educational policies and integrate the common core government guidelines into each class curriculum.
∎ Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards those goals.
∎ Develop programs that improve teacher performance and assist students in understanding class materials/activities.
∎ Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators.
∎ Upholds Mission, Values and Principles of SOS Children's Village International in Bangladesh.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ With minimum 7 (Seven) years of experience as Vice Principal/ Assistant Head Master in any recognised School. He / She should have minimum 10 years' service length.
∎ Other Conditions:
∎ Age minimum 45 years (flexible in case of outstanding candidates).
∎ Communicative, Energetic, Visionary.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of recent curriculum.
∎ Should be sincere, honest, dedicated, hardworking and able to work in a team environment.
∎ Familiar with school software management.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After probation period of one year, upon confirmation, the incumbent will be entitled to receive regular Salary Scale along with Festival Bonus, Contributory Provident Fund and Gratuity, Children's Education Allowance as per existing policy of the organization.
