Responsibilities & Context:
Provide academic leadership to ensure excellence in teaching and learning
Oversee daily administrative operations of the school and college
Implement national curriculum standards
Recruit, evaluate, and develop faculty members
Ensure discipline and a safe, inclusive environment for students
Monitor student academic performance and co-curricular activities
Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory policies
Manage budgets, resources, and campus facilities
Promote innovation and smart education technologies
Serve as liaison with DIU, parents, and external stakeholders
Represent the institution in academic and community events
Lead strategic planning and institutional development aligned with DIU’s mission
Communicate with Dhaka Board/PED
