Experience:

• 8 to 12 years

• Master of Education (M.Ed)

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

• 8 to 12 years

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Principal/Vice Principal/ Section Head in a reputed Madrasah/school, preferably in an English Medium/Version.

• Alternatively, 12 years’ experience as a senior teacher with proven administrative skills.

• Madrasah background candidates will be preferred (minimum up to HSC/Alim).

• Strong command over English in all forms and excellent administrative abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead the development of syllabi, teaching materials, session plans, and class routines.

• Implement academic policies, rules, and regulations.

• Conduct training and workshops aimed at improving the performance of teachers and staff.

• Oversee both academic and administrative functions of the Madrasah.

• Set benchmarks for institutional success and track performance.

• Collaborate with local and international educational institutions to elevate the Madrasah`s standards.

• Manage the Madrasah’s budget, resources, and facilities efficiently.

• Engage with parents, students, and the community to promote strong partnerships.

• Monitor and evaluate the Madrasah’s performance and drive continuous improvement.
