Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have an experience and understanding of how to teach children aged 3-12.
∎ Should be able to create and mark assessments that accurately gauge student performance.
∎ Must be able to keep accurate records of assessment data.·
∎ Must be able to write detailed lesson plans.
∎ Must be creative, energetic and have a passion for teaching young learners.·
∎ Should be able to demonstrate lessons, and teaching methods employed in previous jobs and their outcome/effectiveness.
∎ Should be we apt to teach all reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience with PROOF of track record·
∎ Must be able to show teaching aids and previous mock tests/lesson plans·
∎ Must have knowledge of effective classroom management strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Rubrics grading system a plus.
∎ Knowledge of Bloom’s Taxonomy a plus.
∎ Any teacher’s training completed is also a plus
∎ Teaching/Training and it should be included in the CV with dates of joining and leaving.
∎ CV’s that do not mention work experience will be rejected.
∎ O/A Level or IB Secondary Education preferred.
