• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Environmental Engineering.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Multinational Companies

• 2–3 years’ experience operating RO Water Treatment Plants.

• Knowledge of pumps, membranes, valves, and dosing systems.

• Skills in maintenance, water testing, and record keeping.

• In the case of highly deserving candidates, qualification requirements may be relaxed.

• Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions/shifts.

Max Social Enterprise Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Plant Operator to support Khulna region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate & monitor RO water treatment plant systems.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Test and ensure treated water meets standards.

• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational records.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of the RO plant and timely startup/shutdown procedures
