- MANDATORY: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing
photocopier / multifunction machines. Candidates with 4 years or more
will be given preference.
- Academic qualification alone is NOT acceptable. Only engineering or
diploma certificate without practical machine servicing experience
will not be considered.
- Working knowledge of Xerox 4-color machines (DocuColor / Versant /
WorkCentre C-series) is required. This will be verified through a
hands-on practical test at our office.
- In your application, please mention the exact machine brands and
models you have serviced, and the number of years for each.
- Practical knowledge of other brands (Canon, Ricoh, Toshiba, Sharp,
Konica Minolta) is an added advantage.
- Ability to read service manuals and circuit / wiring diagrams.
- Willing to travel inside and outside Dhaka for field service.
- Motorcycle driving licence preferred.
- Good communication skill in Bangla; basic English reading ability.

Technicians for Xerox 4-color (Presh) photocopier machines.

Hands-on experience in servicing photocopier / multifunction machines is
MANDATORY for this position.
Candidates who have only an engineering or diploma certificate but no
practical photocopier machine servicing experience will be REJECTED.
If you cannot explain how to fix a drum, developer, fuser or colour
registration problem, please do not apply.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Install, commission and service Xerox 4-color (fresh) photocopier and
multifunction machines at customer premises.
2. Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults — drum, developer,
toner, fuser unit, ADF, duplex unit, paper feed and registration
sections.
3. Perform colour registration and colour density adjustment; solve copy
quality problems such as colour misregistration, banding, background
shading and streaks.
4. Carry out preventive maintenance on schedule and keep machine-wise
service history.
5. Maintain spare parts stock records and prepare daily / weekly service
reports.
6. Attend emergency breakdown calls within Dhaka and outside Dhaka.
7. Train customers on basic machine operation and daily care.
8. Coordinate with the sales team for installation and product
demonstration.

অভিজ্ঞ সার্ভিস টেকনিশিয়ান নিয়োগ করা হবে।
জরুরি: ফটোকপি / মাল্টিফাংশন মেশিন সার্ভিসিংয়ের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা অবশ্যই
থাকতে হবে। শুধু ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং ডিপ্লোমা বা সার্টিফিকেট আছে কিন্তু মেশিন
সার্ভিসিংয়ের অভিজ্ঞতা নেই — এমন প্রার্থীরা আবেদন করবেন না।
কাজের দায়িত্ব:
১. গ্রাহকের প্রতিষ্ঠানে Xerox ৪-কালার ফটোকপিয়ার মেশিন ইনস্টল, কমিশনিং
ও সার্ভিসিং করা।
২. ড্রাম, ডেভেলপার, টোনার, ফিউজার, ADF, ডুপ্লেক্স, পেপার ফিড ও
রেজিস্ট্রেশন সেকশনের ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ও ইলেকট্রনিক ত্রুটি নির্ণয় ও মেরামত।
৩. কালার রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও কালার ডেনসিটি অ্যাডজাস্টমেন্ট; মিস-রেজিস্ট্রেশন,
ব্যাকগ্রাউন্ড, স্ট্রিক ইত্যাদি কপি কোয়ালিটি সমস্যার সমাধান।
৪. নির্ধারিত সময়ে প্রিভেন্টিভ মেইনটেন্যান্স ও মেশিনভিত্তিক সার্ভিস হিস্টোরি।
৫. স্পেয়ার পার্টসের স্টক রেকর্ড ও দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক সার্ভিস রিপোর্ট।
৬. ঢাকার ভেতরে ও বাইরে ইমার্জেন্সি ব্রেকডাউন কলে সাড়া দেওয়া।
৭. গ্রাহককে মেশিনের প্রাথমিক পরিচালনা ও যত্ন সম্পর্কে প্রশিক্ষণ দেওয়া।
৮. ইনস্টলেশন ও ডেমোর জন্য সেলস টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
