- Reliable internet connection and access to a high-performance editing setup
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate photography standards (MLS rules, twilight shots, etc.)
- Experience in virtual staging, item removal, and advanced retouching

Vcube is hiring photo editors for Blue Dot Photos which is a leading provider of real estate visuals, offering high-quality photography, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties. They help real estate professionals market properties faster and more effectively through beautiful, accurate, and timely visual assets.
For our post-production team, we are seeking a full-time Photo Retouching Specialist with real estate editing experience. Leadership skills are a plus; if you're meticulous and enjoy producing polished, magazine-caliber images, we'd like to connect with you.
What You’ll Do
- Process and enhance large volumes of real estate images daily
- Perform HDR blending, color correction, perspective adjustments, and exposure balancing
- Replace skies, enhance grass/landscaping, remove objects, and correct image distortions
- Ensure all images meet brand and client standards
- Work collaboratively with our software development team to help automate the process
- Work collaboratively with our client success team to refine the images and meet delivery timelines
- Maintain consistent file management and naming conventions
