Nice to Have
- Familiarity with U.S. real estate photography standards (MLS rules, twilight shots, etc.)
- Experience in virtual staging, item removal, and advanced retouching
- Background in graphic design or visual arts is a plus

Vcube is hiring photo editors for Blue Dot Photos which is a leading provider of real estate visuals, offering high-quality photography, 3D tours, floor plans, and virtual staging for residential and commercial properties. They help real estate professionals market properties faster and more effectively through beautiful, accurate, and timely visual assets.
We’re looking for a Photo Retouching Specialist with real estate editing experience to lead our post-production team full-time. If you're detail-oriented, a natural leader, and take pride in creating polished, magazine-quality imagery we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Process and enhance large volumes of real estate images daily
- Perform HDR blending, color correction, perspective adjustments, and exposure balancing
- Replace skies, enhance grass/landscaping, remove objects, and correct image distortions
- Ensure all images meet brand and client standards
- Work collaboratively with our software development team to help automate the process
- Work collaboratively with our client success team to refine the images and meet delivery timelines
- Maintain consistent file management and naming conventions
