  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital communication tools.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Capable of handling multiple priorities and working under pressure.

  • Should have a professional appearance and attitude suitable for executive-level communication.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

JSK Group, a fast-growing and diversified organization, is looking for a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the Founder & Chairman.
The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, providing administrative, logistical, and professional support in both business and personal matters — ensuring the smooth execution of daily schedules, meetings, and communications across all business units of JSK Group.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize the Founder’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and communications with professionalism and discretion.

  • Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations as required.

  • Coordinate with department heads from Hospital, Diagnostic, GCC Medical, and Sara Express divisions.

  • Assist in preparing business summaries, meeting briefs, and follow-up action points.

  • Maintain a proper filing system and digital record of key documents.

  • Attend meetings, take accurate notes, and communicate directives to relevant departments.

  • Arrange and coordinate official events, visits, and appointments.

  • Monitor project deadlines, communications, and ensure timely updates to the Founder.

  • Perform administrative and protocol duties as required.

  • Represent the Founder professionally in internal and external communications when delegated.
