We are looking for a reliable, organised, and professional Personal Assistant to support the Founder & Creative Director with day-to-day tasks, communication, research, and coordination.

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Personal Assistant who can help manage tasks, follow up with people, organise information, and support business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, responsive, and comfortable working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing messages, emails, and follow-ups

  • Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments

  • Organising documents, notes, files, and task lists

  • Conducting online research when required

  • Communicating with suppliers, freelancers, designers, and business contacts

  • Preparing simple summaries, updates, and reports

  • Tracking tasks and deadlines

  • Assisting with basic admin work for ORÉVIA

  • Supporting the Founder with personal and business-related coordination

Requirements

  • Strong written English communication

  • Reliable internet connection and phone access

  • Good organisation and time-management skills

  • Professional attitude and confidentiality

  • Ability to follow instructions clearly

  • Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools

  • Previous PA, admin, customer service, or virtual assistant experience preferred

  • Fashion, luxury brand, or startup experience is a bonus but not required

Working Hours
Flexible hours, to be discussed. Must be available for regular communication and task updates.
