Skills Required:
Additional Requirements: Knowledge & practical experience on Gerber software is mandatory.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Tech pack (work book) walk thru with TPD Manager for any clarification or short of information's.
- Issuing costing Graded Pattern for Marker making with sewing margin claimed by production team.
- Issuing Pattern to Pattern verification for sample sewing with sewing margin claimed by Team leader.
- Discuss with TPD Manager for corrections if any upon the comment received on the sample sent.
- Issuing graded pattern along with Final Graded spec sheet to Pattern verification once the Fit, Red Seal, Contrast Seal or GCS approved.
- To make sure all required measurement are included in the spec sheet though some of the spec are missing in the Buyer's spec sheet ( Motif size wise grading and placements, TAB or Bow placements ).
- To make sure the bulk pattern are made utmost perfect at shape & spec's to avoid size set / Pilot / Mini bulk corrections in the bulk.
- Responsible to carry cuter list , mini marker & original sample while doing PPM.
