∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Sergeant or equivalent from BD Armed forces division will be given preference. Civil background with experience also preferred.
∎ Personal motorcycle and motorcycle license owner will be given preference.
∎ Previous experience with Security Company will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work directly under supervision of assigned Zone In- Charge (Operations).
∎ Have the ability / capability to source, manage and supervise a large number of security personnel for post deploy.
∎ Conduct day/night Patrol duties as per schedule from Operations Department.
∎ Arrange security personnel and armed guards for new deployment after ensuring training completion from Euro Vigil Training Centre.
∎ Prepare guard duty schedule and submit duty roster to office on time / as per schedule.
∎ Arrange distribution of logistics items to field security personnel and ensure proper turnout bearing.
∎ Ensure 'On Job or Site Training' to the Security Guards, Post Supervisors and Armed Guards by self and Training Department.
∎ Ensure providing required service to the clients through our Security Guards and Armed Guards.
∎ Daily client visits, receive their feedback and take corrective measures accordingly and report the same to Operations Department / Zone In- Charge.
∎ Ensure carrying out of security survey.
∎ Need to respond in an emergency / crisis at the client location immediately and take necessary action.
∎ Make arrangement for event support services.
∎ Be ready to undertake any other task given by the Higher Authority / Zone In- Charge.
