We are seeking a qualified Pathologist to oversee and manage our diagnostic laboratory, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality test results to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret laboratory tests for diagnosing maternal, neonatal, and general medical conditions.
Oversee histopathology, hematology, microbiology, and clinical pathology operations.
Ensure quality control and compliance with medical laboratory standards.
Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to guide treatment plans.
Supervise lab technicians and train staff on best practices.
Maintain and update pathology reports, documentation, and patient records.
Ensure proper handling and storage of specimens.
Stay updated on advancements in pathology and implement relevant techniques.
