Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide individual and group counseling to students on academic, personal, social, and career-related issues.
∎ Identify students facing emotional, academic, or behavioral challenges and develop intervention plans.
∎ Conduct assessments and interpret results to help understand students’ strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
∎ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student well-being and success.
∎ Organize and lead workshops or programs on topics such as stress management, college preparation, and bullying prevention.
∎ Maintain confidential records and prepare reports as required.Refer students to external support services when necessary.
∎ Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate.
∎ Assist with conflict resolution and peer mediation.Support students with special needs or learning differences in collaboration with educational specialists.
