Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand benchmarking requirements from Head of ERP Project.
∎ Conduct market study/benchmarking to understand external practices and prepare reports with meaningful analysis.
∎ Support Head of ERP Project in planning by providing required data.
∎ Prepare and maintain documents of the project.
∎ Provide support & facilitate all core Oracle ERP Implementation project activities including sub projects identified during ERP readiness assessment.
∎ Prepare and update As-Is, SoP, Training Manual of assigned ERP module.
∎ Perform all tasks related to ERP Module assigned by the ERP Project head.
∎ Participate in documentation, testing, training and sub-projects.
∎ Track and compile issues during ERP implementation and communicate with respective Module Champion.
∎ Follow-up on the status of implementation and challenges of assigned module, & update Module Champion.
∎ Provide support to respective process owner during ERP Implementation related training and issues raised by end-users.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders of ERP Project and get status of activities being assigned to concerned personnel.
∎ Coordinate with end-user for ensuring their attendance in Training Program required for Change Management & Skill Development related to ERP Project.
∎ Coordinate with respective departments for logistics support for successful implementation of ERP Project.
