• Candidates with a retail background and from clothing, footwear, and lifestyle backgrounds will be given priority.

• Meet or exceed individual or retail outlet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales quotas.

• Push sales of specific models when required.

• Maintain, and develop relationships with retail shops, dealers, and showrooms.

• Ensure product display, stock levels (both in display and for backup), and visibility in shop are up to OPPO standards.

• Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, exhibitions, and events.

• Demonstrate product features to customers, help with hands-on trials or explanations.

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, respond to inquiries.

• Build long-term relationships to foster repeat sales and positive brand reputation.

• Ensure that product displays are attractive and according to brand guidelines.

• Follow company policies, dress code, behavior standards.

• Maintain a positive brand image when dealing with customers or in public
