Responsibilities & Context:
Meet or exceed individual or retail outlet monthly, quarterly, yearly sales quotas.
Push sales of specific models when required.
Maintain, and develop relationships with retail shops, dealers, and showrooms.
Ensure product display, stock levels (both in display and for backup), and visibility in shop are up to OPPO standards.
Participate in promotional campaigns, brand activations, exhibitions, and events.
Demonstrate product features to customers, help with hands-on trials or explanations.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, respond to inquiries.
Build long-term relationships to foster repeat sales and positive brand reputation.
Ensure that product displays are attractive and according to brand guidelines.
Follow company policies, dress code, behavior standards.
Maintain a positive brand image when dealing with customers or in public
