∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
Job Context:

∎ We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to deliver operational excellence at our state of the art delivery center based in Dhaka.
∎ You will be accountable for day to day ops, recruitment, commercial performance and client deliverables. As a growing company, you will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our Bangladesh operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and Track KPIs for our service delivery team members.
∎ Identify and implement areas for operational improvements.
∎ Build a culture of accountability in the organization.
∎ Conduct ongoing development for our delivery team to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Liaise with sales and onboarding teams to maintain clients’ expectations.
∎ Track and manage service delivery capacity for our Bangladesh delivery center.
∎ Work closely with other departments to develop operations management structure.
∎ Expenditure management.
∎ Support management in designing and implementing KPIs across the organization.
∎ Responsible for meeting the set targets and handing over completed projects from different departments. (Marketing, Sales, Content Creation).
∎ Establishing objectives for increased output and improved efficiency.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
