Additional Requirements:

· Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in team management or supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of student visa procedures and university admission processes.



Responsibilities & Context:

1.       Student Counselling Management

 · Supervise and guide student counsellors in advising students on study abroad opportunities.

· Assist students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programs based on academic background and career goals.

· Provide accurate information about admission requirements, visa procedures, and career prospects.

· Handle complex counselling cases and ensure proper student guidance.

 2. Student Visa Operations

· Oversee end-to-end student visa processing, from application to visa decision.

 · Ensure proper preparation and verification of all visa documents.

· Monitor visa submission timelines and follow up on pending applications.

· Maintain high visa success rates and minimize refusals.

 3. Team Management & Supervision

· Manage counsellors, visa officers, and documentation team.

· Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency.

· Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

· Ensure staff follow standard operating procedures (SOP).

  4. University & Partner Coordination

· Coordinate with international universities, colleges, and partners.

· Maintain regular communication regarding admission requirements and updates.

· Ensure timely submission of applications and offer letter follow-up.

 5. Client Relationship Management

· Provide professional support to students and guardians.

· Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

 6. Documentation & Compliance

· Ensure all student files are complete, accurate, and compliant.

· Verify financial documents, academic certificates, SOP, and supporting documents.

· Maintain proper records and data management systems.

· Ensure compliance with immigration and ethical standards.

 7. Reporting & Operational Planning

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

· Monitor visa approval rates, application progress, and team productivity.

· Identify operational improvements and implement process enhancements.

· Support business growth and student recruitment targets.
