• Age 24 to 36 years

• Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.

• Analyze and improve operational processes to reduce costs and enhance overall performance.

• Ensure company operations comply with institutional standards and policies.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Manage the complete process from student admission to visa issuance for all study destinations.

• Handle foreign university applications, admissions, scholarships, and visa documentation efficiently.

• Communicate directly with international universities regarding applications, admissions, and scholarship opportunities.

• Provide consultation to students and guardians on admission procedures, study destinations, and university options.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students through both phone and in-person interactions.

• Prepare required documents, complete application forms, and draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa applications.

• Salary will be increased as per performance.
