Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations to ensure organizational efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and improve operational processes to reduce costs and enhance overall performance.
Ensure company operations comply with institutional standards and policies.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
Manage the complete process from student admission to visa issuance for all study destinations.
Handle foreign university applications, admissions, scholarships, and visa documentation efficiently.
Communicate directly with international universities regarding applications, admissions, and scholarship opportunities.
Provide consultation to students and guardians on admission procedures, study destinations, and university options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students through both phone and in-person interactions.
Prepare required documents, complete application forms, and draft Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for visa applications.
