Process online ticket & Customer
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with ticket purchases.
ensure accurate ticketing information is available online
Monitor ticket inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient ticket availability for events or services.
Manage ticket allocations and ensure compliance with policies.
Generate sales reports and analyze ticket sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide feedback to management on sales performance and customer preferences.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the online ticketing experience and address any concerns.
Implement changes based on customer suggestions to enhance service quality.
