Responsibilities & Context:

• Process online ticket & Customer

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with ticket purchases.

• ensure accurate ticketing information is available online

• Monitor ticket inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure sufficient ticket availability for events or services.

• Manage ticket allocations and ensure compliance with policies.

• Generate sales reports and analyze ticket sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide feedback to management on sales performance and customer preferences.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the online ticketing experience and address any concerns.

• Implement changes based on customer suggestions to enhance service quality.
