Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and responsible Facebook Page Moderator to manage our company’s social media presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling Facebook page activities including content creation, customer communication, live sessions, and maintaining a professional online presence to promote the company’s services and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company’s Facebook page and social media accounts.

• Reply to customer messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Design banners, promotional posts, and social media graphics.

• Create and edit short promotional videos and reels for marketing purposes.

• Plan and conduct Facebook Live sessions to promote products/services and engage with customers.

• Post regular updates, offers, and promotional content on the page.

• Maintain proper customer communication and follow-up through Messenger and comments.

• Monitor page performance and increase engagement, followers, and reach.

• Coordinate with the marketing or management team for campaigns and promotions.

• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand image and professionalism.

• Report weekly or monthly social media performance and activities to management.
