Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales target via the sales team
∎ Create a training manual and ensure proper training to the team members to maintain the top quality of responses
∎ Identify new sales techniques and train teams to adopt those sales techniques
∎ Resolve customer issues at the earliest possible time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 1 year of online sales experience required preferably in beauty products
∎ Previous work experience on E-commerce based company will be of advantage
∎ Must have very good and top-notch interpersonal skills
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
