∎ Skills Required: Communication, Computer skill, Customer Support/ Client Service, Good at bangla typing, Sales & Marketing, Salesman, typing skill in English and Bangla

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers' queries online.
∎ Providing product and campaign information to customers.
∎ Collecting orders and forwarding them for delivery.
∎ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Provide product recommendations and answer questions about clothing products.
∎ Identify sales opportunities and drive sales through customer service interactions.
∎ Increase engagement and followership on our Facebook and YouTube pages by creating and sharing quality content.
∎ Maintain and process order lists using POS software (training on the software will be provided).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ We provide 1 month extra salary in a year.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
