Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Online Sales Executive who will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining strong customer relationships through multiple communication channels including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Website and phone calls.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, sales-driven, and capable of handling customer queries efficiently while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from initial inquiry to final order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

  • Maintain proper communication etiquette and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Accurately record customer orders, including product details, pricing, delivery information, and payment method.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, delivery, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.

  • Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

  • Stay updated about product knowledge, pricing, ongoing offers, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.

  • Maintain records of conversations, orders, and customer data for future reference and reporting.

  • Assist in managing online pages by monitoring comments, messages, and engagement regularly.

  • Ensure proper follow-up after delivery to maintain long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat sales.

Context:

This role requires working in a fast-paced online sales environment where timely response, strong communication skills, and sales ability are critical. The candidate must be comfortable handling multiple conversations simultaneously and should be willing to work under pressure to meet sales targets.

The position may require working in shifts and being available during peak business hours, including evenings or weekends, depending on business needs.
