Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting from any reputed University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow-up Accounts, VAT & Tax related works of the Company
∎ Maintaining register of Mushak -6.1 (Purchase Register), Mushak -6.2 (Sales Register), Mushak-6.7 (Tax Invoice), Mushak -6.8 (Debit Note), Mushak- 9.1 (VAT Return) and any other register which is required by VAT law
∎ Preparing monthly VAT Return (Mushak-9.1) and submitting the said return in online as well as submitting the same to VAT Authorities
∎ Preparing and recording Mushak -6.3 (Tax Invoice) against sales
∎ Maintaining all compliance as per new VAT and SD act 2012 and other rules and regulations
∎ Maintaining and complying with the correspondence of VAT Circle office as per requirement
∎ VDS calculation on bill/invoice and deposited the same to Govt. exchequer through treasury challan and issuance of certificate to vendor i.e. Mushak 6.6 (TDS Certificate)
∎ Preparing price declaration through Mushak-4.3 (Input and Output Coefficient) and submitting the same to VAT Authority and obtaining necessary approval from the said Authority time to time
∎ Keeping liaison and contact with VAT Authorities, Custom Authority, and NBR if necessary
∎ Hearing before VAT Authorities and preparing & producing documents to VAT Authorities if necessary
∎ Performing additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the company management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good knowledge & experience to work all types of Accounts, VAT & Tax related works
∎ Having minimum 2/3 years experiences in any recognized company in the same position
∎ Must be hard worker, self-motivated, honest, sincere & obedient
∎ Must have experience in computer knowledge (Microsoft office, internet & email)

Salary: Negotiable
