Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Advanced abilities with Excel.
Strong Analytical Ability.
Abilitry to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Pre and Post Audit of all kinds of vouchers.
Review salary and wages disbursement procedures.
Perform audit in Industrial Engineering and Production Planning process.
Perform store audit for both production and non-production items.
Experience in maintaining accounts and financial reporting of projects funded by institutional donor will be given preference.
Knowledge on VAT/Tax is expected.
Knowledge on computerized accounting system & capable to operate Tally-Accounting Software will be an added value.
Willing to travel extensively to any place of Bangladesh.
Evaluate, and examine policies and procedures and systems of the Accounts.
Responsible for implementing the Accounts and Financial audits.
To identify management control deficiency.
Have to monitor the stock of goods and its delivery as per sales invoice.
Have to check & verify Factory, Warehouse & Branch Petty cash, expenses, salary wages Overtime.
Have to check randomly Material requisition, gate pass, challan, fuel cost and other bills.
Prepare audit reporting with necessary analysis and comparison.
Must be skilled in MS Office, and Integrated Accounting Package thru- Tally-ERP9 software.
Any other task assigned by the Management of the company.
