• Working knowledge of visual product display and implementation·

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills under stressful and high-pressure situations.

• Ability to adapt to last minute changes, then conceive and implement practical solutions.

• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and cross-functional team setting.

• Ensure that the products feature, benefits and presentation are highlighted in order to attract, engage and motivate customers towards making a purchase.
• Create an appealing and eye-catching visual display that leads the customer through the entire store.
• Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays to get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience.
• Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
• Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends in order to support line manager to prepare visual merchandising strategy.
• Ensure instore branding in each area in order to ensure it is aligned with the branding guideline.
• Train the salesforce on visual maintenance of the store and assist in communicating the Company’s visual merchandising standards.
• Rearrange displays, signage, point-of-sale and select areas regularly to maximize product sell-through.
