Working knowledge of visual product display and implementation·
Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills under stressful and high-pressure situations.
Ability to adapt to last minute changes, then conceive and implement practical solutions.
Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and cross-functional team setting.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure that the products feature, benefits and presentation are highlighted in order to attract, engage and motivate customers towards making a purchase.
- Create an appealing and eye-catching visual display that leads the customer through the entire store.
- Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays to get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience.
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Research lifestyle, demographics and design trends in order to support line manager to prepare visual merchandising strategy.
- Ensure instore branding in each area in order to ensure it is aligned with the branding guideline.
- Train the salesforce on visual maintenance of the store and assist in communicating the Company’s visual merchandising standards.
- Rearrange displays, signage, point-of-sale and select areas regularly to maximize product sell-through.
