• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)

• Microsoft Excel and Inventory Management Software Training

• 4 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age 28 to 38 years
• Only Male

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Honors). Supply Chain Management will get preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders and inventory management.

• Ensure all inventory functions are properly maintained, including accurate stock levels.

• Distribute products to the respective departments in accordance with the approved requisitions.

• Maintain consumption reports and plan inventory according to usage.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and re-order levels.

• Supervise store employees, ensuring safety and cleanliness in the store.

• Receive and manage local and imported materials, distributing them as needed.

• Maintain stock accuracy and updates using FIFO methods and ERP Tally software.

• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile with records.

• Maintain communication with suppliers for material deliveries.

• Oversee overall store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
