Responsibilities & Context:
Permanent Employment
In Process checking in granulation, compression, coating and packing area including documentation.
Collection of samples (i.e Control sample, stability sample, blend sample, finished product sample, wash water sample etc.) for analysis.
Line clearance of production and packing area and material weight checking.
AQL inspection of bulk finished product and packed finished product.
Conduct validation, qualification & online documentation review.
Environmental monitoring of production area.
Checking of scrap material.
Daily cGMP observation in production area.
BMR, BPR review & batch release in SAP.
APR preparation & data trending.
Monitoring of compliance with GMP requirements.
Inspection, investigation and taking of samples in order to monitor factors that may affect product quality.
To evaluate batch records.
To ensue establishment, implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
Monitoring of storage conditions of warehouse area.
Monitoring of plant hygiene.
Monitoring of suppliers of materials.
Monitoring of contract manufacturers.
