The candidate must have to be experienced in Solid Section.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare monthly production plan/schedule.
Manufacturing pharmaceutical product as per BMR/BPR/SOP.
Reduce product cycle time, improve the productivity, reduce the product complain, and reduce the cost of production.
Ensure timely completion of product process as per plan.
Follow all GMP and SOP in production area.
BMR checking and Daily, Monthly & Quarterly report preparation.
Timely provide training to the sub-ordinate on SOP, cGMP, Safety, Critical Process Parameter etc.
SOP preparation, implementation and provide training to the concern person.
Complete all Metis/SAP related work regarding manufacturing activities.
Ensure Facility and Equipment upkeep, calibration and discipline on time.
Ensure EHS and GMP compliance in all production area.
Any other task given by reporting manager.
