∎ Comfortable in periodic Factory, Farm Visit and Market Visit
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Investigating financial transactions and record on a daily basis in ERP.
∎ All expense bill checking with budget and justification.
∎ Preparing accounts payables and receivable reconciliation statement
∎ Analyzing account activities of various others departments of the organization.
∎ Working in collaboration with internal auditor, external auditors and other accountants.
∎ Preparing short supportive reports to make financial report in compliance with tax and accounting laws.
∎ Preparing treasury to pay VAT and Tax.
∎ Prepare bank reconciliation.
∎ Daily receipt & payment statement prepare.
∎ Monitor budget vs actual expense and provide report to related concern.
∎ Inventory and fixed asset audit as schedule time.
∎ Financial Interest calculation.
∎ Depreciation calculation.
∎ All impress fund reconciliation and monitor.
∎ Outlet expenditure input in ERP and payment schedule update.
∎ Ta/da, incentive and Supplier bills checking, payment and input in ERP.
