∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): delivery, Dispatch, Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution of dispatch duties according to the Delivery/Dispatch In Charge's instruction
∎ Giving loading slip, personal challan, Mushok and serial according to delivery order/ vehicle number
∎ Rechecking all materials with delivery order
∎ Keeping sign of vehicle driver on sign log book
∎ Communicate with driver for loading vehicle
∎ Overall supervision of company's vehicle and communicates to transport supervisor to maintain or solve the vehicle issue
∎ Communicate with packer supervisor
∎ Communicate with Logistic Dept. of Head Office
∎ Keep weight record (confidential) by way bridge measurement system
∎ Ensure all records of incoming material for dispatch from all departments
∎ Check the quality of all products before dispatch
∎ Minimize rejection by proper and accurate packing of material before dispatch
∎ Ensure proper storage, control over material and keep dispatch department clean
∎ Implement new measures to increase frequency of dispatch and reduce rejection
∎ Any work assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
