Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit all the project of our Real Estate company.
∎ Check & Verify all the contractors bill of SB Group.
∎ Checking suppliers and others bills.
∎ Check the entire site store as per the store ledger & physical.
∎ Visit the lighter vessel and monitoring activities of work.
∎ Check all the Customer ledger with DO & Payment with Bank of our Party ledger.
∎ To maintain Daily checking (Journal, Purchase, sales & Collection) in ERP software.
∎ Ensure standard operating procedure in all aspects of the transaction.
∎ Check & verify the cash bill voucher before payment.
∎ Assist the Purchase team to Purchase Product by Collecting Quotations.
∎ Verify the market price of all company purchase.
∎ Visit all the project of our Real Estate company.
∎ Check & Verify all the contractors bill of SB Group.
∎ Checking suppliers and others bills.
∎ Check the entire site store as per the store ledger & physical.
