Job Responsibilities:
Sales Performance
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets (volume and revenue)
Demonstrate sound product knowledge to support customers effectively
Customer Service & Engagement
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty
Merchandising & Store Presentation
Maintain attractive and organized product displays
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and visually appealing outlet environment
Sales Reporting & Activity Tracking
Record daily sales activities and maintain logs
Prepare and submit regular summary reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
Customer Feedback & Market Insights
Address customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
Share insights with relevant departments regarding customer behavior and market trends
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols
Assist in managing team conduct and follow disciplinary procedures as required
Additional Responsibilities
