The job holder is primarily responsible for designing and successfully implementing all promotional activities, maintaining corporate brand guidelines in collaboration with suppliers and the Supply Chain/Commercial department.

Key Accountabilities:

Operational/Professional/Business

• Promote Agora as the top-of-mind household shopping place in the country.

• Implement effective promotional activities.

• To assist in all pricing activities

• Designing all promotional/advertising facilities to generate additional income.

• Develop & Implement effective in store communication & in store Branding

• Develop & Implement effective outdoor communication.

• Organize cross-promotional activities to reduce marketing expenditure.

• Coordinating effectively with the advertising agency.

• Proper communication to Agora team members about the promotional activities and the right product information to make selling effective.

• Developing new ideas & communication tools for customer satisfaction.

• Designing and implementing all relevant materials for various events taking place at Agora.

• Maintaining good relationship with the relevant external partners and vendors and evaluating new parties for smooth marketing operations whenever needed.

• Demonstrate critical thinking and an understanding of the plan's impact on the business and our guests.

• Ensure consistency of Agora Brand across the company on all branded elements and monitor the brand reputation.

• Visiting Agora Outlets occasionally for communication support.

• Coordinating product photography with the Photographer.
