Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of "Officer - Graphical Content Development". S/he will be responsible for designing creative materials for both print and digital medium that aligns with the branding guideline of DM WATCH.
∎ The person will work under the direct supervision of the Manager - Communication and Business Development.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep up with the design trends of both print and digital media, user Interface, color and font usage, etc.
∎ Design documents produced by Research and Knowledge Management Division (e.g., reports, posters, brochures, one-pagers, invitation cards).
∎ Plan concepts for preparing IEC materials by studying relevant information and materials.
∎ Undertake all design projects from conception to delivery.
∎ Prepare designs by operating necessary equipment and software.
∎ Develop and design innovative concepts and graphics for organizational marketing collaterals, for both digital and print mediums, such as logo, banner, branding, and social media posts.
∎ Prepare designs according to the demand of the team members and finalize them incorporating feedback from the team members.
∎ Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects (e.g., illustrations and infographics).
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.
∎ Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of practical experience of working as a designer in media agency, production house, etc.
∎ Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Having knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro will be an advantage.
∎ Knowledge of design techniques, source of design materials, source of design inspiration etc.
∎ Ability to work well within a team.
∎ Time management skills.
∎ Should demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication
∎ Should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
∎ Should have the ability to coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Should be a self-starter and have the ability to lead a team
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
