Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Agora as the top of the mind household shopping place in the country.
∎ Implement effective promotional activities.
∎ To assist in all pricing activities
∎ Designing all promotional/advertising facilities to generate additional income.
∎ Develop & Implement effective in store communication & in store Branding
∎ Develop & Implement effective outdoor communication.
∎ Organize cross promotional activities to reduce marketing expenditure.
∎ Coordinating effectively with the advertising agency.
∎ Proper communication to Agora team members about the promotional activities and the right product information to make selling effective.
∎ Developing new ideas & communication tools for customer satisfaction.
∎ Designing and implementing all relevant materials for various events taking place at Agora.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with the relevant external partners and vendors and evaluating new parties for smooth marketing operations whenever needed.
∎ Demonstrate critical thinking and an understanding of the plan impact on the business and our guests.
∎ Ensure consistency of Agora Brand across the company on all branded elements and monitor the brand reputation.
∎ Visiting Agora Outlets Occasionally for communication support.
∎ Coordinating product photography with the Photographer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & inter-personal skills, leadership & team building qualities, analytical ability, proactive and hard working
∎ Knowledge on SAP & WINCOR will be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
